O Canada, You Odd Land of Countless Musicians

The Decoders Debut Single is Out Now on Fifty100!
The 1st chapter of an ongoing series, “The Decoders: Volume 1″ is the 1st EP of a series that will explore classic ’60s/’70s soul music reinterpreted in a roots reggae, hip hop, latin or some (hopefully) refreshing production that may give these favorite songs of mine a new life.

GINA RENE
BIO
Eclectic songbird Gina Rene found her earliest musical influences inside two generations of her very own multi-cultural family. Her grandfather, Leon Rene, wrote the rock 'n' roll classic, "Rockin' Robin", as well as Louis Armstrong's theme song "Sleepy Time Down South". Her father wrote "Wham Bam", which featured blues legend Johnny "Guitar" Watson and drummer Earl Palmer.
